Yoga and Meditation Classes

Kelly McGuire Yoga runs pop up classes in a variety of inspiring locations where all levels of yogis are welcome. Virtual, private, semi private, and corporate classes are also offered.

All classes begin with warm-ups and breathing techniques to prepare the body for postures. Each class offers a unique asana sequence designed to strengthen, lengthen, and balance the entire physical being, and ends with deep relaxation and meditation. KMY is a challenging approach to asana practice emphasizing meditation and breath work, and encouraging inward focus and balanced embodiment in a supportive community.

In Person Classes

As COVID restrictions are lifting and many of us are returning to our regularly scheduled lives, our in person class offerings are shifting as well. We currently have a few options for you:

Raven’s Wing Yoga: In Person and Virtual Option! Join me on Sundays at noon for an all levels Open Hearts Yoga Class. To register for in person or virtual class, visit Raven’s Wing Yoga.

Yoga at The O: Start your week off right! Join me at one of my favorite locations – the Owenego – on Mondays at 6:00 pm for an outdoor, all levels 60 minute Kripalu yoga class starting June 6, 2022. For more info and to register, click here.

Private: We are available for private, semi private and group classes at your location or mine. This is a great way to ensure a consistent individual practice and bring friends and family together on a weekly or monthly basis. Classes are specifically designed for each group’s needs. Online Classes

Meditation Classes

Raven Wellness Cruises

Join me for guided meditation sessions aboard Raven Wellness Cruises every Wednesday June through October! A typical class includes centering, pranayama, guided and silent meditation. Seasonal sessions take place during sunrise and sunset, and roundtrip cruise time is approximately 80 minutes. Reservations required.
