Kelly McGuire Yoga offers Kripalu style yoga and meditation classes designed to unify the body, breath and mind in the present moment.
You are welcome just as you are – there are no expectations, no judgments, no competition, no second guessing. Our trauma sensitive classes provide a space to reground, regroup and reconnect with your true self by fostering trust in the body’s inherent intelligence and encouraging a practice rooted in self-awareness. We take the strength, flexibility, resiliency, and mindfulness created in class off the mat and into our lives as the physiological and psychological benefits continue to ripple outward.
We offer yoga and meditation classes in a variety of inspiring locations where all levels of yogis and practitioners are welcome. No experience, flexibility or knowledge required. If you can breathe, you can practice!
