Open Hearts Yoga Class Description
This mixed level class begins with centering, mindful warm-ups, and breathing technique. Unique asana sequences cultivate strength, flexibility and balance while offering modifications for students of all levels. Classes are crafted to explore your individual range of motion and help you find your edge, so you can safely explore poses depending on what’s right for your body on that particular day.
Class concludes with a deep relaxation and meditation. We take the strength, flexibility, resiliency, and mindfulness created in class off the mat and into our lives as the physiological and psychological benefits of the practice continue to ripple outward.
My trauma-sensitive class provides a space to reground, regroup and reconnect, encouraging an individualized practice rooted in self-awareness and self-observation without judgement.
Reservations are required. To schedule your class, click below and choose either the in studio or virtual option on Sundays at noon. Ravens Wing Yoga offers classes on a sliding scale so all are welcome. I am truly honored to bring my classes to the RWY community – it is a perfect fit for me professionally, philosophically, and personally.
