Yoga at The O: Start your week off right with a Monday Reset. Join us as we practice at one of our favorite waterfront locations – the Owenego – on Mondays at 6:00 pm. Raven’s Wing Yoga: New Class Time! Tuesdays 9:30 – 10:45 am Essentials: Yoga & Meditation. This class incorporates alignment principles to emphasize strength, resilience and stamina of the physical body through mindful movement. Raven Wellness Cruises: Sunset guided meditation sessions aboard Raven Wellness Cruises will be held Tuesday evenings beginning in June. A typical meditation includes centering, pranayama, guided and silent meditation. Round trip cruise time is approximately 80 minutes. Reservations required.
