Celebrate the Joys of Summer
Kelly McGuire Yoga returns to The Owenego in 2026 for another beautiful summer season of outdoor yoga by the water.
Join us on Monday evenings at 6:00 PM on the upper lawn for a 60-minute, all-levels Kripalu yoga class designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and come home to yourself—surrounded by the calming rhythm of the Sound.
A Summer of Joyful Living
This season, our 8-week series is centered around A Summer of Joyful Living—an invitation to explore what it truly means to feel, cultivate, and return to joy in your everyday life.
Each class will gently guide you through a different facet of joy—from practicing gratitude and honoring your boundaries, to embracing unexpected moments of lightness and holding space for the full spectrum of your emotions. No yoga experience necessary!
Through mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness, you’ll be supported in:
- Building strength, mobility, and ease in your body
- Releasing stress and softening tension
- Creating space for both joy and the more challenging emotions
- Reconnecting to what feels meaningful and true for you
- Cultivating a steady, grounded sense of inner well-being
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your mat, this welcoming space meets you exactly where you are.
Every class begins with gentle centering and breath awareness, followed by a thoughtfully guided Kripalu flow that honors both alignment and intuition. We close with rest and integration—so you leave feeling grounded, nourished, and ready to move into your week with greater clarity and calm.

What to Bring & How to Prepare
✔️ Yoga mat or towel
✔️ Any props you enjoy (cushion, bolster, blocks, strap, blanket)
✔️ Arrive by 5:45 PM if not pre-registered
